Marian has 20-plus years of experience as an Editor covering various industries in B2B publishing, such as industrial manufacturing, vision care and nutraceuticals. She’s spent the last decade specifically working in the food industry, including on John Wiley & Sons’ Food Quality & Safety magazine and at The Food Institute. As an Editor, Marian's publications have gained recognition in such editorial awards as ASBPE’S Azbee Awards, APEX Awards for Publication Excellence, the SIPAwards and Tabbies International Editorial Awards. In addition, Marian lent her professional expertise in the editorial SIPAwards competition by serving as an editorial judge. She joined the Progressive Grocer team as the Digital Editor in November 2020. Marian oversees the publication’s daily online editorial operations, newsletter creation and social media platforms.

A New Jersey native, Marian earned a bachelor's degree in English/journalism from Montclair State University.
